We employ the very latest design and manufacturing techniques to create exceptional custom hand forged wrought iron doors for our customers. Our manufacturing facility has over 25 years experience in iron door fabrication processes and our quality and craftsmanship is unequalled.

Our doors are manufactured to the following general specifications:

The doors sheets are made of 14-gauge steel with 1/2" to 3/4" solid hand forged wrought iron for the design work.

Doors are fully insulated with thermal injected foam in the door, window frame and the door sheet.

Doorframes are squared and leveled before the door hinges are positioned and welded to ensure a smooth operation of the door.

Each door includes a glass panel that opens independently from the door with glass stops to accommodate ¼- to 5/8-inch glass.

Our paint process is completed in a clean paint booth environment. After the fabrication process the door is acid washed; then an anticorrosive primer is applied; then the base color is applied and the final process is the hand painted faux finish.

Because of the highest standards and best methods used in the construction of our doors, we offer a 10 year limited warranty on the workmanship of the door and a 5 year limited warranty on the finish, clearly and truly the best warranty in the industry.
